FREEDOM: FREE TO BE ME!

Ever experienced the place in life that you just don’t care? Not in a negative way, but in the way that says, I don’t care what others think. I don’t care who likes this or that. I don’t care who agrees with me. I don’t care who supports me. I don’t care who likes me. I don’t care what others have or are doing. That place that people attempted to make you feel as though you were wrong for not caring, when in actuality you finally realized you were or are FREE! If you have not experienced this, I decree today shall be your day.

For many people, this is an unknown place, because it has been normalized to care what others think, and to seek their approval. Ultimately, all that matters is that you are on your life path to Purpose, and the fulfillment thereof. In this, as long as God is pleased, no one else truly matters.

I believe I can speak for many in saying this familiar place of giving too much energy to others concerning our lives, has been the focus. Today, I am sharing this blog to hopefully free you or encourage you to continue walking in freedom, as this is certainly the will of our creator, for your life. Validation from people is absolutely irrelevant. Yes, you want those that are important to you to value and support, even agree with what it is you do, ultimately who you are. However, sometimes that is just not the case. This could be for many reasons, none of which are significant enough for us to care enough, to lose ourselves in what other’s opinions are of us.

It is important that the focus be fully the Purpose, Instructions, Strategies and Goals to fulfill life’s assignment, rather caring about the masses. When Purpose is the focus, everything and everyone attached to the purpose, will manifest into your life and destiny. As a young lady, I cared what others thought of me. I cared who liked me. I cared who supported me. Now, as a mature woman, I am 100 percent certain that no one’s opinion matters concerning my destiny. If I am fully convinced of who I am and what I am created to do, my only objective is to DO IT. Therefore, I speak the same for you.

May you be determined to access the place of Freedom and Peace and understand that just as you are empowered to do what it is you do, and be who you were created to be, those who are assigned and anointed to support you, like you, approve of all you are and do, will find you. Know that it will most likely be complete strangers! Know that it is the will of God to fully persuade you that it is HE who has done all that you shall accomplish, therefore he uses the least of those we expect to accomplish this. I know sometimes that can seem harsh, and sting a bit, but perspective matters. Are you more impressed by those who you expect to be apart because they know you, grew up with you etc. or the complete stranger who has no motive to be apart, other than they have been and/or are being impacted by your gifting? I love the latter, because there is no obligation, only pure and sincere support.

Today, allow the cares of people and things that have no real benefit in your destiny, to be a thing of the past. Embrace the newness of thought, that when you are FREE of people, you are FREE TO BE. You are free to be who you were created to be, to do what you were created to do, and to impact who you were created to impact. Being in this space of Freedom has the benefit of us seeing clearly, the hand of God on our lives, our ministries, businesses, and all that we are. There is nothing greater than the spirit of FREEDOM. You are at liberty to be authentically YOU! Don’t believe me, don’t think it is possible, try it. Release the weight of validation and people’s approval. Release yourself from the cares of others and watch how you begin to care about the things that matter most, that will assist you in fully functioning in purpose. Know that I am rooting for you, and I decree you will get to and walk in your place of FREEDOM!

Say this with me, I AM FREE TO BE ME! I LOOSE THE CHAINS THAT HAVE BEEN BINDING ME. I RELEASE MYSELF FROM THE STRONGHOLD OF OTHERS, AND I WALK BOLDLY IN MY AUTHENTICITY, BEING EXACTLY WHO I WAS CREATED TO BE. FOR I AM FREE TO BE ME!

GIVE UP, WHY?

Life can be very challenging. The truth is, there will always be challenges in life. We will go from experience to experience, some good, some bad. If you really think about it, it is those challenges that shape us. I remember growing up, saying I could not wait until I was grown. You know you have said it too. Little did we know, all of the adult experiences we would have, would challenge everything we’ve learned, believed, and stood for. I remember also saying, “I’d never do that”, only to realize later in life that I would be put in situations that would challenge me in the very thing I said I would not do. What I discovered then, is that you never really know what you will or will not do until you are put in a particular situation.

Yes, it is most our desire to live lives that are upright and always make decisions to do the right thing. Unfortunately, as humans we are bound to make some wrong choices. A lot of times, in making those wrong choices, there are consequences. The consequences can be minimal or major, and how we handle them are totally up to us. Can you stand the test of time? How many situations and circumstances have you had, that challenged you to GIVE UP? Wow, for me, I’ve lost count. There have been seasons of my life that I have literally felt I am cursed, as it seemed there was one thing after another. In those situations, I discovered that most of what we say is, “the attack of the enemy”, really isn’t. It is sometimes due to wrong choices. We do not want to admit that a lot of our negative experiences and wounds, are self-inflicted. We go throughout life making choices, without seeking God or his plan for our lives, then we blame God when our lives are seemingly in total disarray.

Yes, there are times when life just happens, and things are totally out of our control. There are situations caused by others, spiritual attacks, and things that just had to happen, for us to mature. All of these will happen, as long as we are alive. Yet, the purpose of this Blog Entry is to encourage you, that when all of these things happen, for whatever reason they happen, DO NOT GIVE UP. Don’t give up on yourself, your relationships, your children, family, purpose, just don’t give up. We say “Giving Up Is Not An Option” and as soon as trouble manifests, we experience burnout, challenges and difficulties, we give up. We forget what led us to what it is we gave up on, the passion we had for it, it’s purpose in our journey. We forget everything and give up, because we didn’t feel the way we felt we needed to. How do I know? Because I too have given up at times, in life. I am a witness that life can throw some hard blows. Yet, the purpose is still IN US. Purpose does not go away when we experience life. When life happens, instead of giving up, we have to strategize to ensure what we are supposed to be doing or experiencing, still manifests.

We learn to push ourselves. How many times have you pushed yourself out of bed, and to work? I know, most of you probably say “everyday”. Well, that is another blog, for another day. But today, I challenge you to push yourself into purpose when necessary. It is our responsibility to ensure purpose is fulfilled. It is our responsibility to ensure that even when the challenges happen, we do not allow them to overcome us. Remembering why, makes the difference. When we remember the “why”, then the focus becomes keen. I know, it is hard. Trust me, I know. But, doing nothing and giving up, doesn’t make it easier or better.

What I have learned about purpose and the fulfillment thereof is, it is not about me. Purpose was given us, by God to GIVE in the earth. Your assignment in the earth is to others. Think about it. Whatever it is that you do, is in someway beneficial for someone else. So, whether you are in the marketplace or ministry, you have a purpose, and that purpose requires you to be willing to GIVE of yourself at all times. You can take a break, take some time away, a sabbatical, a vacation, rest, whatever it is you need to do, for the timeframe in which you need to do it. But, while you’re doing so, make plans for your return. You have a people that need you, a people that are impacted by you, therefore you cannot quit. I always say, just as we have a gift and anointing, we also have a people that are destined and anointed to be impacted by, and to support us in what it is we are gifted and purposed to do.

The reason I can speak on this topic, to encourage you is because this is a familiar place, and though at times I wanted to give up, the anointing in me, would not allow me. I decree the same for you. There will always be challenges and possibly even legitimate reasons why you want to give up, but it is in the push that lives will be changed. No one powerful, successful or impactful, has lived a life without challenges and obstacles. So, today whatever you have to do to get back in the ring, to get back on track with your purpose, this is your alarm. There is a world of people designated to receive from you and are waiting. May the very familiar saying ring in your ear, Giving Up Is Not An Option, but more-so, I ask you, Give Up, WHY? All you have to do is give. You have everything you need, IN YOU to do whatever it is, you are destined to do. Tap within, and win.

DO IT SCARED

When is the last time you solely trusted God with something that if he didn’t do it, it would not be done?

Many times we say we trust God, but in actuality we trust our monies, ideas, plans, and the very things we have put in place to work towards what we are wanting to accomplish. How do I know this? Because I am guilty. We will call things miracles that are not miracles. We will manifest things and say it was a supernatural manifestation of the Lord. You had the money, that is why you got the house, car, etc. Miracles are manifested when there is absolutely NO WAY it can happen except God do it.

When is the last time you truly relied on God to manifest what you could not see, understand, or even begin to believe he would do?

I am here to challenge the person who has something before God and your money does not match, your bank account does not match, you may have absolutely no way to manifest this on your own. I am here to share that you are in the absolute best position you could possibly be in, to see God do what only he can. I have experienced anytime I had my plan A, then B, I messed up every time. When I sought God ahead of my plan, so the plan is ultimately his, led of the spirit, I have been placed in the exact place and position I was supposed to be, to receive exactly what he had for me. The word of God will always be true, when we seek him first, his way of doing things, everything we need will manifest into our lives. He is no respecter of persons, but of those who will seek, serve and trust him, no matter who you are, who you know, or where you go to church. He doesn’t even care if you go to church. HE HONORS FAITH, PERIOD.

I challenge you to step out today, be it in fear, doubt, disbelief, lack of something, whatever the stronghold, I am challenging you today to rethink it, and trust God to do it. DO IT SCARED. You don’t have the money, but God does. You don’t have the faith for it, but the faith is in you. You don’t see a way, but he will make a way. You don’t think you are able, but he is able to do far beyond what you could ever even imagine. The time has passed for us to walk fearful, lacking anything when all we have to do is TRUST GOD.

The purpose for me challenging you today, is I too have been challenged. It took sweat, tears, prayers and fasting for me to finally yield to what I know God placed in my spirit to do recently, yet I allowed fear to overtake me. So, as I breakthrough, I want to pull someone with me. I am sharing with you, what the Holy Spirit spoke so clearly to me. Miracles, Signs, and Wonders will be at a level that will be hard to even explain in this season, and because of that we have to be willing to DO IT SCARED. Though I spoke it, meant it and believed it, when the time came for me to do it, I too got scared. As the Holy Spirit reminded me, I decided "I must" and shall do exactly what I am ministering to others, that I may continue to be a testament of God’s faithfulness toward us, when we are willing to trust him.

How do we ask God to use us as vessels for Miracles, when we are afraid and do not want to be put in situations that require them? I decree and declare from this day forward, when trials come you will automatically view them as an opportunity for God to move. May you know that he is the same God that manifested for you all of the other times you doubted him.

It is the will of God that we live our lives in total trust and submission to him, knowing that he has absolutely nothing to do with fear. When fear rises in us, it is to prevent us from accomplishing something that will ultimately give God glory. Therefore, today I say to you Take The Leap, and DO IT SCARED! When you do, you too will see just how faithful the Creator is. Whatever your IT is that you are led of God to do, I decree you will not rest comfortably until you DO IT, even if you are scared.
